TERMS AND CONDITIONS

STRAW BALE RENTAL POLICY

We rent our straw bales for $10 per bale per event, up to 7 days.  Any rental longer than 7 days is $12 a bale.  We will need a cash deposit/credit card on file to use for any incidentals, i.e, bales returns wet, fell apart, burned, or very damaged.

We require the full rental amount to be paid in order to reserve items.  If you are having us deliver and pick up, we require the quoted amount to be paid in full in order to reserve a slot on our delivery schedule.  All items must be returned in good condition.  We ask that the bales remain dry and intact.  If there will be weather please plan accordingly and make sure items and bales are covered.

The bales are approximately 4' x 22" x 15"

We do offer delivery and pickup service for an extra fee.  We would need the address and how many bales you require in order to give you an accurate quote.  For delivery and pickup service, our drivers don't set up the bales.  They will leave the bales right by the parking spot, and customers are required to bring the bales back to the spot for pickup.

We can also dolly or setup bales but there is a fee for that service.  The fee will depend on how many bales and the difficulty of the setup.

There will be some loose straws that comes off the bales as they are handled or moved.  We do not clean up the loose straw but will do our best to keep it as clean as is reasonable.

Our delivery and pickup hours are the same as our normal business hours:

Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm

Saturday & Sunday 9am to 2pm

Closed on most major holidays

We can offer a 3 hour window for delivery and pickup of the bales.  We will try our best to work with any reasonable time frame you may require.  We ask that you give us a 7 day notice of cancellation.

Our delivery policy is that we drop off and pick up the bales.  We will offload as far as the truck can reach.  We do not draw or dolly the bales/items to set them up unless "setup" and "takedown" are included in the quote.  If setup and take down are not required the bales/items must be in/near the same location they are dropped off upon pick up.  There will be a minimum $50  special handling fee for any bales that are dollied or dragged upon pick up or delivery if setup and take down was not requested by client.  Feel free to call or email with any questions.
